This view shows the south side of the north ridge of Petes Pt. It is possible to scramble up these steep scree slopes in a number of places if one is into that. The hike along the ridge is steeper and shorter than the opposite south ridge. It is formed by a limestone protrusion into the more common dark rock of the Hurwal Formation. Oct. 2004.
