As far as I understand, according to different classifications, grouse (Tetraoninae) is a family from the order Galliformes or a subfamily of Phasianidae. Snowcocks belong to Phasianidae but not to Tetraoninae anyway. So I don't think the page you've mentiond is OK for them. Near relation but still. I hope they won't suffer because of that :).
