trailhead sign

I'm not one to put up pictures of trail signs but this one has some relevant information for this hike. I'm not sure why the mileages have been scratched out. It could be vandals. Also, I rotated the 'N' compass direction on the sign as it was in error pointing upward (that's southward). It's still not exact. March 2007.
