First, welcome to SummitPost! Yes, you're absolutely right. Triglav is the sacred mountain of Slovenian people. It is said that every Slovenian should once in his/her life ascend Triglav. And many people take it seriously. And finally, if you think that below this summit cone there is a 1200m high amnd 5000 meters broad northern wall, you can understand that passion.
