These,

Happen to be our provincial flower. We have lots on our property in the higher (relatively speaking) areas. They seem to like the forest floor in the mature maple/beech forest.

I LOVE coming across a "grove" of trillium. They grow pretty thick in the area where this photo was taken! -Sarah
