"So I was sitting in my cubicle today, and I realized, ever since I started working, every single day of my life has been worse than the day before it. So that means that every single day that you see me, that's on the worst day of my life."

On SkisLast peak of the year. Solo and I was able to skin all the way up and ski down. Some nice powder up top, got a little sketchy on portions of the trail down lower. Knee vs. rock. Rock always wins. Ouch!

Southeast: Via the Burning Bear Trail, western trailheadWe started from the western Burning Bear TH hoping to also hit UN 11260 and UN 11356, but our snow legs hadn't been broken in yet this season, and one of our key trail breakers was pretending to be sick at home ;) (hangover?) so we called it a good day with just "Burning Bear Peak." A great day, actually - bright sun, fresh snow - lovely.

Burning Bear TrailCMC hike. We started on the east side from Geneva Park. We hiked up to the Peak, and then went and nabbed the 11,908 foot peak to the northwest. It was a good day. There were a whole lot of people driving the Guanella Pass road to look at the foliage.
