Steep and loose!
Hiked as a combo with Golden Gate. We went up the steep and very loose slope from the trail between Golden Gate and Bren. We visited all the possible highpoint. The peak is listed as "Bren Benchmark" on Peakbagger.
I climbed this when I lived in Tucson. I didn't know about the trail and bushwhacked in from the north.

Combo with Golden Gate
We were flying blind with zero beta on these two peaks, just a map, compass & GPS. We tried heading up the northwest slopes of "Bren's." NEVER again! Ha! We laughed at ourselves when we discovered the faint, cairned path circling back down the peak on the other side.
