"As an adolescent I aspired to lasting fame, I craved factual certainty, and I thirsted for a meaningful vision of human life - so I became a scientist. This is like becoming an archbishop so you can meet girls."

Cool PeakDrove around hiking peaks in the area. This was by far the coolest peak in the area. Lots of fun. With the pup.

Short & Fun ScrambleFound a weak point in "the wall" that went at about 3+. Very, very fun scramble on super solid rock. I just love the LCW!!

Re: Short & Fun ScrambleDid you go basically strait up the lower wall from the campground, then do an ascending slightly right of center traverse for the upper wall. The way I do it is go pretty much straight up the upper wall from the easiest way up the lower wall.

Snow is no problemOur hiking options were becoming increasingly limited with all the snow, so this peak was perfect! We had a bit of trouble finding the "ramp" up but the scenery was so good it was hard to care.
We had great weather for December and really enjoyed the views of the Tarryall.

Standard route from Spruce Grove CGThis was such a wonderful little Christmas Day peak! En route to the cabin, my husband and I took our two younger dogs up this peak (we let the older two rest in the truck). The views, the warm sun...this is such a cool little peak. I can't believe it took me this long to visit the summit!!!
