What in the world was your route? I can't figure out how this was efficient...but I also don't the Pikes Peak atlas in front of me.

Western Slope
I summitted this peak on a snowy April day along with UN 9620. The Rampart Range was totally socked in with snow and clouds so, in the absence of big views, I made myself content with enjoying the smaller things like the peace and quiet and the snow on the pine boughs. Hiking partner: Solo. Dog: Lela.

Post Waldo Canyon FireHave been waiting for over two years for this area to reopen. A good portion of this area escaped the Waldo Canyon burn.

Not BadEven though it was a real short hike it was fun one. The steepness and rock scrambling was awesome. Nice little mountain.
