Upper Cullasaja Falls

The sign along the road said this was High Falls. It is also known as Upper Cullasaja Falls and it tumbles 65 feet along the Cullasaja River. The falls reside in Cullasaja River Gorge. These falls can be reached from the trailhead on Highway 64, just 3 miles from Highland, NC. Reaching the falls is just a short walk from the parking lot. Nantahala National Forest, NC June 4, 2015
