Re: manThe ice is all man made. It's 110'. The people that run the place simply put up top ropes. There is no leading allowed at the place. They rig up all the systems and supply the ropes. I've only been there a few times on "guest" days. I beleive you have to pay $200 for a years membership. But you're right, unless you go to Munising MI, all the natural ice is maybe 40-50'.

Re: manYeah, I should probably join one of these years. Would be nice to get some use out of my gear :) It really is pretty cool down there. That is probably 1/2 of that wall. Over to the right the walls take a 90 degree turn and there is more climbing over there. Lots of ice.
