Short but nice
Hard start from what i remember but easy after that. Not the best via ferrata but a good one for a short day.

Strange Cruise.
This was one of those experiences where I really couldn't compare it to anything else. The rock is not typical to the Dolomites, the route is strange, and how often does one get to explore ruins and tunnels from wartime? We ascended to the true summit in a fogbank which added to the mystique of the route. Running into a herd of goats in the tunnels detracted.
We found the beginning a bit contrived, it's by far the most difficult section, after that it's exposed walking for the rest of the route.
We also hiked up from the lake instead of taking the ski lift from the other side.

SoloSoloed the route in perfect weather. Beautiful views, especially from the summit of Mesolina.
