Snide SnyderYou look at that massive timbered heap and you say: what value could it possibly have? Well, none, except for the fact it has over 2400 ft of prominence.
I climbed it a few weeks ago from that basin on the right with the clearcuts. No views. BM sticking out of a pile of rocks at the summit and a bunch of survey markers tagged to trees.
My car's CV joint popped out rendering my car's drivetrain powerless where I had parked it. Fortunately, I was able to coast down the logging road for 3 miles to Sullivan Lake Road where I spent the night and was towed the next morning to Colville. Fun times. Not.
