Peak 5990 is visible!

I think you can see my little Peak 5990 in this photo. Just above where the Kanch Glacier makes its left turn is a sharp point on a rock ridge. Just above and slightly to the left of that is a shadowy high point on the snow ridge. I think that is it. Yep, sure looks puny from here!
