A few years back, while...

A few years back, while thrashing around looking for the trail, we ran in to this 4' 9" dead Rattler, with an almost swallowed Ground Squirrel, feet and tail sticking out of its mouth!

Bad To The Last Dropping?

Guess the squirrel said to himself, "Forget this, I'm not going down without a fight." Wonder if he did some damage internally to the snake by biting.
