Man, reading your Eagle Cap summit log makes me miss the Wallowas! Gotta make another trip out there this year! So how badly did your camera not cooperate with you - did you manage to get any photos?

Re: dry!The camera only didn't work on the evening shot of the moon. Other than that, it worked fine. I took like 74 pictures total! (no, I won't be flooding SP with that many.) I'll try to submit some tonight. I had forgotten how awesome it is out there. You should definitely try to get there before the snow/rain comes.
Check out Cornvallis' pictures from Little Brother and Collier Cone. It really is bone dry there now. Rains are coming soon though.
