On the Struge refuge -...
On the Struge refuge - Vaganski Vrh route, some 30mins above Marasovac well and 50mins from the refuge. Left is dome of Babin Vrh (1738m). 10mins above is pass between Babin Vrh and nameless peak (1655m) where this and major part of ascent is over. Behind is still one more hour to the highest peak of Velebit where path traverses slopes above several funnel shaped basins and gains rest of altitude in two shorter ascends. May 9th 2004.
