Amazing canyon of Piva

In the amazing canyon of Piva river, that is 1000m deep! Unfortunately most of the river has been turned into the lake and lower 180m of canyon submerged when in late 60's and early 70's 220m high dam was constructed. Last 10km below dam, before Piva meets Tara river, everything is as it used to be. Piva makes western border of wider Durmitor area. Photo: Aleksandar Gospic

The answer is the simple. There is just like that. All Durmitor range with its peaks, lakes and surounding rivers is unforgetable!
