Actually no. At the time my sherpas said it was an unnamed peak. (1986) May be named now however.

Paved Now

This airstrip is now paved. When William and I did these trips in the 80's and early 90's we landed on a rocky dirt strip. There are now accomadations for 5 or 6 twin otters at a time at the airfield.
