The blocked adit of the...
The blocked adit of the "Davenport Mine" at east fringe of the Davenport Glacier. Flowing talus from the right has now obscured it. John Roper told me that back in 1968 he walked 150 feet into it to where it T'd. "Seemed like we were going to hit the Boston Glacier," he recalled. Aug. 30, 2004.
