The view due north from Pt....

The view due north from Pt. 8318 on the South Ridge of Remmel. At center is Cathedral Peak. In front and slightly to the left is a hiding Amphitheater Mountain. Behind Cathedral are peaks in Canada: the spire to Cathedral's left I think is Orthodox Mountain (8,224 ft). To Cathedral's immediate right is Grimface Mountain (8,600+ ft), then Macabre Tower, Matriarch Mountain, and finally Denture Ridge. Oct. 14, 2004.

Lots of rock to climb!

After our trip I checked out all of those peaks in this picture in Red Beckey. Man there is a ton of technical routes in that area! Definately somewhere I'd like to visit next year.
