On the left is the south side of the Callangate massive. The sharp peak of Pachanta (5727m) grabs the attention - it appears to be the highest, but that's just because its close. I'm not even sure if the main summit of the chain (6110m) is visible from here, but if it is, it's to the right and much further back.
On the right is Tres Picos. The highest of this threesome is Jatunhuma (6093m).
Seen from the south, from no more than half an hour east of Campa pass.
