Point 12,391 ("Red Deer Mountain") is at the center of this picture taken from Paiute Peak in the Indian Peaks Wilderness. The rugged south face of Sawtooth Mountain is at the right of Red Deer. In the background the summits of Wild Basin: From left to right, the dark south face of Copeland Mountain, and then Chiefs Head Peak, Pagoda Mountain, Longs Peak, and Mount Meeker. July 2004.
