The view of Spickard's west side from Ouzel Lake. None of those alluvial cones provide an easy way to the upper western cirque. You have to go left (out of frame to the left) to get around that lower cliff band. "Solitude Peak" (Pt. 8405) is on the right. August 2, 2003.
