Looking back up the West Slope route

Looking back up the West Slope route to Carson Peak. The summit is in the middle (there is no false summit - once atop those rocks, the summit is probably 20-30' higher). The best strategy is to walk up the scree slope in the middle, but then head right. Once higher up on the slope, head right to the south side (right side) where you will have an easier time reaching the summit ridge.
