Looking down the top of the couloir from the saddle

With other people around, rockfall is definitely a risk in this couloir on the normal route to Vallüla. A bit lower there was still quite a bit of snow, which mitigated that risk somewhat, but because it was pretty steep, that presented another danger. Fortunately I brought crampons and ice axe. 21 July 2013.
