Class III routes lead down through the cliffs at left to safer ground on the long ridge to Yellow Mountain. From here, the route continues towards the rocky outcropping farther along the ridge and bypass it to the right. From there, it's another hour or so of glorious, easy ridge walking to Yellow Mountain's distant summit. August 22, 2013
