It is possible to descent those screes from Wannig. I would say that reaching them cannot be more difficult than UIAA II with a maximum of 100m of altitude difference! This climbing would save you about 4-5km of forrest and meadow trail...

German site of some people who did a ski ascent / descent via this screes...
