By the way, on the theme of "typcial weather" in different places. You say that Wales is wet, green, flat, small (but still very nice!). Well where I live now the "typical" is scorching hot and dry for a few months mid-summer and the rest of the year, relentless winds from the north and cold, cold. But beautiful big, wide blue clear skies - often - at any time of the year. That for me is what makes this place so special for me.
