West slopes of Mulhacén: the normal route

A direct view of the west slopes of Mulhacén in the summer. It's a not very steep stony slope. The normal routes to the top are clearly seen on the slope. There is also the horizontal line of a dusty road (at 3000 meters high!) which runs west-east along the range, from Pradollano ski resort (at the northwest of Sierra Nevada) to the village of Capileira, at the southern slopes of the range, in Alpujarras.
