Took my workmates this way. Pete who was 60 did great. His first time up Snowndon too! Nice quiet alternative to the paths.

Sweet
Came down this route after having ascended via Crib Goch, a great day out with relatively few people on the mountain. Stunning inversion meant that the cloud layer was perforated by all the peaks in the area, quite a sight.
A fun and easy route done on an amazingly sunny and pleasantly warm Febuary morning. For some reason I was feeling very tired that day and stopped for a kip at the base of the ridge and another one on Snowdon's summit. Descended via Crib Goch, and enjoyed stunningly clear views throughout the trip.

Nice ridgeSometime in autumn 1988. Pleasant enough, as an accompanyment to Crib Gogh for a slightly shortened Snowdon Horseshoe.
