Yarrow

Common Yarrow (Achilea millefolium) belongs to the family Asteraceae. The plants have characteristic flat clusters of small flowers at the top of the stems. Their color can vary. The flowers appear from June to October and are very fragrant. This photo was taken by my wife at 930 m in the meadow below Mount Mala Rawka. The Bieszczady Mountains - July, 2007.
