Product Description

Osprey's Atmos series are among the best light backpacking packs available. The model 35 is smallest currently offered, but has all of the room necessary from extended day hike, ascent of you favorite peak, or a warm weather over night. It's mesh back panel and aluminum frame combine to make the most comfortable pack I have ever owned. So comfortable you will almost not notice that it is on. The hip belt is substantial and provides excellent support / weight distribution. The main compartment has room for both your insulating layer, weather shells, food and other accessories. The hydration compartment has no problem storing a 3 liter bladder. The front top pocket is easily accessed. Highly adjustable hip, shoulder and chest straps.

Medium size has a capacity of 2100 cu in - 35 liters
Weight 2 lbs 9 oz. - 1.16 kg.

Favorite Pack
I almost could sell all the rest of my packs and just use this one.

Many Years Now...
my number one pack, the air ventilation system they developed against your back, along with egomaniacally correct hip belt has yet to be matched. Not sure why not. I have every size with Osprey and use the 35 the most for trad and waterfall ice. Zippers will give out first, but about the same time you will start to develop a hole or two in the bottom of the fabric as well. All normal for the full time abuse on limestone and sandstone that I give them.

Great Pack
My wife and I recently purchased this pack for use on trips where we're headed out together; she used it on an overnight hike up Cloud Peak and loved it. I have started using it on day hikes since then, and it is amazingly comfortable - I would rank it as the top pack I've ever tried on.
