Features
At first , when I opened the box the watch comes in, the first thing that came to mind was: "this is one huge watch". With time I got to get used to the size of the equipment. HOwever, I have to say that I bumped it more than once while walking around.
The interface and features are awesome, the GPS feature works great. However Ionly used to run and track speed and distance, took some waypoints to see how the feature worked.
The only issue with this watch is that the battery (rechargeable) lasts a relatively short time when the GPS is on. Other than that the watch is really cool, friend's jokes aside.
It comes in two different finishes, the gray one-X9i, and the black face one X9Mi (m-military). Functions only differ because the Mi model has a compass in it.

Good and badOnce the GPS link has been established, the system works better, but even still it does not take much to lose the link. At the end of the day, if you combine this with the low battery life of X9i, I would not recommend it to be used for navigation, unless you are going to walk for half a dozen hours or less, in scenery without buildings or woods.
In emergency use the GPS function can be handy, though. I have once gotten lost, and used the GPS to locate myself and get myself out of trouble.
I have not yet tested the watch in mountain range, but I hope to enjoy the Alti/Baro -functions which have received some praise in other reviews.
