Working in Kokanee Glacier Provincial Park - May to October 2009
The 2009 season found me with the good fortune to work for the Alpine Club of Canada again. This time it was at the Kokanee Glacier Cabin in Kokanee Glacier Provincial Park. As with my last experience with the ACC (in the Bugaboos), it was incredible to come into an area in last stages of the winter season and see that same area transition through every one of its short seasons - and then leave after winter had once again returned to the mountains.
