Working in Kokanee Glacier Provincial Park - May to December 2010

The 2010 season got extended significantly compared to that of 2009. I started the season with a 3 week shift in complete seclusion up in the mountains. Then, to end the season, I had a 3 1/2 week shift where I had the company of others for approximately an hour in total. In between these starting and ending shifts, the cabin and the park were very busy with people visiting. I got out to see the majority of what I had planned for myself at the beginning of the year. And as with last year, when the time came to leave for the winter, I wasn't ready to go. Time will tell if and when I return to the park. Regardless of if I do or not, it's been a memorable chapter to my life and won't soon be forgotten.
