Azimuth Mark on West Twin Sisters Peak

I swear this pointed way more westerly (towards distant mountains I originally thought)but after finding a Triangulation station on South Sister, I decided that's what the azimuth was towards. West Twin Sisters Peak has a large PVC register, but it needs to be resupplied badly.

These scare me

I don't mind when USGS puts a benchmark up, but where there's a Bureau of Reclamation benchmark you know someone once had Evil Plans in the making.
