Pinnacles trailhead in the Chisos Basin.

Route Description


Take the Pinnacles trail about a mile. Choose a good place to start a bushwhack. Head for the steep boulder / scree field toward Casa Grande. Go up the larger gap into the basin area of Casa Grande. Rock is very loose. The Lost Mine route is easier and more rewarding.
