Photos of climbing Honduras' highpoint, Cerro Celaque
A great climb, although the views are a bit disappointing -- as you can see from the 'summit photo', even the summit of this peak is heavily forested and offers no real view. The cloud forest throughout the climb is amazing, and was my highlight of the trip. Reaching the summit takes most parties 2 days. I recommend camping at the shelter in the photos, near the summit of Cerro Celaque.
