Thanks Gangolf! I couldn't find out where the Wah Wah mountains got their name but maybe it was after the guitar pedal :-)

I think this is a great page, especially the diagrams and driving instructions. I plan to climb Crystal in October, and your information will go with me to help me find and climb it.

Thanks for your good comment and vote! Crystal Peak is a really unique mountain, I really enjoy that area. Nearby Notch and Swasey peaks are also excellent hikes. Hope you enjoy!
