East Canyon Drainage

We parked at the end of Bonanza Rd.on the right side of the road across from the Morman Temple.
Hiked east to the dirt road following it for about 1/2 mile where it ends at the drainage.
There is a trail there and it goes along the wash for about 100 yards then you have to drop into the wash.
Someone, not us,has painted green and white arrows along the trail.Continued
in the drainage going over a couple of dry waterfalls. At one point there is a cable coming from the top.
Near the top we made a right turn going along a short ledge. From there it is a short cross county hike to the summit. The antenna's were in view.
Descending the same canyon was a lot of fun.

One of two almost empty reports

This trip report is too short. It is more appropriate for a signed summit log. The other trip report you submitted is blank.

Parents

Parents refers to a larger category under which an object falls. For example, theAconcagua mountain page has the 'Aconcagua Group' and the 'Seven Summits' asparents and is a parent itself to many routes, photos, and Trip Reports.
