Gettig there

Ponte Leccia is the crossroad for the most important national roads
inside the Island of Corsica. Here the N193 from Bastia joins the N197
from Calvi and the road continues to Corte. Right next to the roundabout
a smaller road branches off, D71 to Morosaglia. Just follow the road
for 18 kms to Col de Prato (985m), passing the pittoresque town of
Morosaglia after km 14. At the Col there are parking possibilities next
to the road and snacks are available at the farm.

Route

From the Col, walk across the farm
and join the dirt track in southern direction. After few minutes the
forest is entered; just continue the broad path for half an hour to a
saddle (P.1207 in the IGC map). Where the track starts to drop
downwards, turn left (cairns) and follow a small, marked trail slowly
ascending to the south-east. After about fifteen to twenty minutes the
Fontana di e Teghie is reached and another twenty minutes it takes to a
large clearence. Here the different hiking trails are signposted
(1510m). Turn left and after few meters the rocky summit comes into
sight in north-eastern direction. The path zig-zags and by this climbs
another ground step until the rock massiv is reached. The "climb" itself
is quite short and on a good path, far easier than thought from the
first impression... it ends between the panoramic viewtable at the
southmost end of the crest and the north-end wooden cross at the highest
point, both to be reached in a simple, short scramble.

Parents

Parents refers to a larger category under which an object falls. For example, theAconcagua mountain page has the 'Aconcagua Group' and the 'Seven Summits' asparents and is a parent itself to many routes, photos, and Trip Reports.
