Gäbris (1251m) is one of the highest and most rewarding viewpoints in the Appenzell Prealps.

SP's Alps - Western Part page mentions the Appenzell Prealps, but they do not have their own area page.

Gäbris offers great views of the Bregenzerwald and Lechquellengebirge, of the Rätikon, and of Kamor (1751m), Hoher Kasten (1794m), Altmann (2435m) and all the other peaks of the Alpstein Group.
