Class 3 scramble, class 5+ access road
In the 4 years since I've been back, the road coming in has only gotten more burly. The washout within 1.5mi of the TH was impressive and many people either turned back or simply parked there and added miles to the hike.
Climb of Lady Peak itself I found to be much less busy and more fun than Cheam. Only 6 total people on route and had summit to myself for quite awhile. Given the access road, still impressive the number of people that come to hike Cheam. As for Lady, 4 hours car to car, 6 hours asphalt to asphalt, beautiful weather and decently straightforward.
