Overview
Good individualized peak over Morzine in the french Chablais (limestone prealps). Quiet serenity on this little visited summit. The S slopes are moderatly steep on the contrairy of the W and E faces. The N face is quite vertical.

300 m Difficulty : TD 57° Follows the left of the W face.
5) NW couloir with skis
100 m Difficulty : D 50° Short but intense.
6) E couloir with skis
300 m Difficulty : D 45°
Sight from the summit
Good panorama over the whole Chablais. Beautiful view over the Mont Blanc range. You dominate the town of
Morzine, 1200 meters lover but very near. The contrast between the lonely summit and the near civilisation is striking.
When To Climb
Best in summer and autumn. In winter skitour (difficult, only by best snow conditions)

There is no hut near the Pointe de Nantaux
Camping
Good camping possibilities in Morzine, Les Gets and Saint Jean d'Aulps.
