south route  Sucess!

A nice hike in Chablais on a very centrally located place with great view. The South route from "LE PAS" is quite steep, and steady steep up to +/-1900m, then the ridge is easy. the cross put on the fore summit (2016) doesn't stand at the right summit whihc is +/- 100/150 m further to the north and 7 meters higher (some care when slippery or with snow or corniced). The climb is very direct and straightforward. I made it with practcially no snow before shortly the fore summit (a bit unusual at this time of the year), I climbed it in 2h30 (some people went faster). 788.4 hpa on the top. very warm. The peak is slightly higher than Roc de Tavaneuse just in for,nt on the north.
The start of the path in LE PAS (close to Morzine) si not signalized but quite obvious to find close th a farm. Sadly, not much place in the small village to park a car.
