Approach
Start point is Emosson.
To Emosson :
- road from Finhaut (7 km)
- or with the Chatelard funicular (impressive but expensive, only recommended by good weather).

Route Description
From the collar, cross the lighted tunnel leading to Barberine alpine pasture. This road is forbidden for cars.
After 2,5 km (cairn, inscription Bel Oiseau), turn right and take the relative steep path. At Potu (water fall), the path turns in SE direction.
Beaconed with cairns, the path loads to the little collar between the two summits which are easy to reach from here.
