Overview

Looking DownLooking down the North Ridge
This route is best done from Dollar lake. It's not a long or hard climb, but it's very rewarding. No route finding skills are needed because you can see your entire route from the lake.

Getting There

See the Getting there section on the Dollar Ridge main page for directions on how to get to Dollar Lake.

Route Description

It's pretty strait forward, just head uphill and to your left (east) from dollar lake untill you achieve the ridge, then follow it to the summit. If the summit doesn't satisfy you, you can continue on the ridge to some of the many sub summits, even make a loop hike out of it.

Parents refers to a larger category under which an object falls. For example, theAconcagua mountain page has the 'Aconcagua Group' and the 'Seven Summits' asparents and is a parent itself to many routes, photos, and Trip Reports.
