Signal and So. Signal

These two mountains sit at 11248' (South Signal) and 11262' (Signal) and form the eastern terminus of the Mummy Range. South Signal sits just inside a nook of Rocky Mountain National Park while Signal sits in the Comanche Peak Wilderness area, as does most of the trail. In Colorado, treeline is generally at 11400', but the Signals are both above treeline due to the fact the summits are quite windswept during all seasons. Lots of marmots live on Signal Mountain.

Parents

Parents refers to a larger category under which an object falls. For example, theAconcagua mountain page has the 'Aconcagua Group' and the 'Seven Summits' asparents and is a parent itself to many routes, photos, and Trip Reports.
