A Little About Me
Thanks to all who contribute to summitpost.org. The variety represented in the trip reports (both in personality and in conditions experienced) is immensely useful in planning. Guidebooks are helpful as a base reference, but since the mountains are rarely (hmmm... never) the same from day to day, the breadth of experience captured in the postings is indispensible in providing a sense of the range of conditions/issues to be encountered. Interesting that something as elemental as climbing should be so well served by this novel technology.
| Partner Details: | Moved to CO Dec 2006. Enjoy long hikes/scrambles. Easy climbing also good - follow 5.7. Out of shape now but hopefully later in summer will be faster and lighter --- looking for partners for long scrambles. |
